Overview

Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas secretly commissions the clone army from Kamino.

Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas, convinced a galactic war was coming, secretly commissioned a clone army from the Kaminoans. Darth Tyranus had him killed, took over the project, supplied Jango Fett as template, and inserted inhibitor chips. Obi-Wan Kenobi rediscovered Kamino in 22 BBY, just as the army was ready.
