Sabine Wren of Clan Wren was a Mandalorian artist and weapons expert on the Ghost. She claimed the Darksaber, helped free Mandalore from Imperial rule, later trained with Ahsoka Tano, and searched for Ezra Bridger after Thrawn's disappearance. She later went with Ahsoka Tano to find Ezra after Thrawn vanished into the unknown.

Saesee Tiin was an Iktotchi Jedi Master and Council member, a noted starfighter pilot. He accompanied Mace Windu to arrest Palpatine and was cut down in the Chancellor's office at the start of that duel. He was among the first Masters to fall in the Chancellor's office when the duel began.

Salacious B. Crumb was a Kowakian monkey-lizard who perched by Jabba the Hutt's throne, mocking prisoners. He was in the palace when Luke Skywalker arrived and on the sail barge when Leia Organa killed Jabba. He mocked C-3PO in the throne room before the court moved to the Pit of Carkoon.

San Hill, a Muun, chaired the InterGalactic Banking Clan and funded the Confederacy. He sat on the Separatist Council and died on Mustafar when Darth Vader slaughtered the Confederate leadership. Banking Clan credit was one of the Confederacy's main war chests until Mustafar.

Sanjay Rash was the Separatist puppet king of Onderon after the rightful king was deposed. Kalani's droids kept him in power until Saw and Steela Gerrera's rebels took the capital.

Satine Kryze was Duchess of Mandalore and leader of the New Mandalorians, a pacifist government that rejected warrior rule. She kept Mandalore neutral in the Clone Wars, opposed Death Watch, and was a close friend of Obi-Wan Kenobi. After Death Watch and Darth Maul seized Sundari, Maul killed her in front of Kenobi.

Savage Opress was a Nightbrother of Dathomir transformed by Mother Talzin into a weapon. He served Count Dooku, then found his brother Darth Maul on Lotho Minor. He helped Maul take Mandalore and was killed by Darth Sidious in Sundari. Sidious killed him in the Sundari throne room after Maul's brief rule of Mandalore.

Saw Gerrera of Onderon fought the Separatist occupation with his sister Steela under Jedi guidance, then refused to join a civilized Rebellion. He led the Partisans with tactics Mon Mothma condemned, raised Jyn Erso for a time, and hoarded Galen Erso's Death Star holomessage in the catacombs of Jedha. He died in the Holy City when Tarkin authorized a single-reactor ignition, as Jyn escaped toward Scarif.

Sebulba was a Dug podracer and Anakin Skywalker's chief rival in the Boonta Eve Classic. He cheated through the course on Tatooine and still lost the wager that freed Anakin.

Serra Keto was a Jedi who died in the Temple during Order 66 when Darth Vader and the 501st attacked. This archive records her among the Temple dead of that night. The Jedi Temple assault under Darth Vader and the 501st is the death this archive records for her.

The Seventh Sister was a Mirialan Inquisitor who hunted Ahsoka Tano, Kanan Jarrus, and Ezra Bridger. She dueled them across several worlds and was killed by Darth Maul on Malachor.

Shaak Ti was a Togruta Jedi Master who oversaw clone training on Kamino and sat on the Council. She defended the Jedi Temple during Order 66 and was killed there as Darth Vader's troops stormed the complex. Kamino's clone production sat under her eye for much of the war before the Purge.

Palpatine was the Dark Lord of the Sith who orchestrated the fall of the Jedi Order and the Republic, transforming it into the Galactic Empire with himself as Emperor. Operating in secret as Darth Sidious while serving as a politician, he manipulated galactic events for decades. Though seemingly killed by Anakin Skywalker, he survived in secret and returned decades later, only to be finally destroyed by Rey.

Shin Hati is the dark-side apprentice of Baylan Skoll. She dueled Sabine Wren and Ahsoka Tano while helping Morgan Elsbeth bring Grand Admiral Thrawn back from exile. She fought as Baylan's second through Seatos and the map that led to Thrawn's return.

Shmi Skywalker was Anakin's mother, a slave in Mos Espa who told Qui-Gon Jinn she could not explain Anakin's birth. Freed later by Cliegg Lars, she was captured by Tusken Raiders and died in Anakin's arms. She told the Jedi she had carried Anakin with no father; that claim is the file's oldest note on him.

Shriv Suurgav is a Duros officer who served with Inferno Squad after Iden Versio defected. He stayed a New Republic and Resistance contact through the war with the First Order.

Shu Mai, a Gossam, ran the Commerce Guild and joined the Separatist Council. She was executed on Mustafar when Darth Vader received Palpatine's order to end the Confederate leadership. The Commerce Guild's president died in the same Mustafar purge as Gunray and Tambor.

Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas sat on the High Council and foresaw a coming galactic war. Without the Council's leave he secretly commissioned a clone army from the Kaminoans. He was killed soon afterward; Count Dooku, acting as Darth Tyranus, took over the project and hired Jango Fett as the template. The army Sifo-Dyas had ordered later marched for the Republic at Geonosis.

Sio Bibble was governor of Naboo during the Trade Federation invasion. He stayed onworld under occupation, argued against Queen Amidala leaving, and was still in office when the planet was freed.

Sly Moore, an Umbaran, served as Palpatine's Staff Aide in the Chancellor's office and stayed with him as the Republic became the Empire. She stood at his side through the Clone Wars votes that concentrated his power. She stood behind the Chancellor's chair through the votes that ended the Republic.
