Biography
Gallius Rax was a mysterious Imperial officer who rose to become the secret power behind the Empire after Palpatine's death. Discovered as a child on Jakku by Palpatine himself, Rax was groomed for a special purpose. He orchestrated the Battle of Jakku as part of the Emperor's Contingency plan to destroy the Empire rather than let it fall into unworthy hands.
