Expanded Dossier
⬢ CURATED RECORDTaanab is a breadbasket: grain seas, polite weather, and a pirate problem Lando Calrissian once solved so stylishly he never shut up about it. 'You know, remember Taanab?' is a punchline with a real battle behind it.
The Battle of Taanab is the off-screen win Lando name-drops before Endor. Agricultural worlds do not stay famous unless someone famous farmed a victory there. He did.
First appearance: Named in Return of the Jedi (1983)
