⬢ CURATED RECORDKorriban - renamed Moraband by the era of the Clone Wars - is the Sith homeworld: a red desert necropolis whose Valley of the Dark Lords entombs the order's founders beneath colossal statuary. The dark side does not visit Korriban; it resides there.
In Legends, its academies trained Sith from Naga Sadow to Darth Bane across millennia of war with the Jedi. In canon, Yoda's final Clone Wars trial brought him to Moraband's serpent-haunted tombs to face visions of Sidious. Either way, archaeologists are advised: the sarcophagi are occupied, and not always quietly.
