⬢ CURATED RECORDHays Minor is a cold Otomok mining moon the First Order drained of ore and children. Paige and Rose Tico were born here, flew away, and still wore Haysian ore at their throats.
The Last Jedi made Rose famous; the novels and visual dictionaries made Hays Minor the answer to 'where is she from.' The First Order did not leave a hometown so much as a pit.
First appearance: The Last Jedi (2017); named in related canon reference
