⬢ CURATED RECORD

Cato Neimoidia is the richest of the Neimoidian purse-worlds: bridge cities slung between colossal rock arches over fog-filled chasms, their vaults stuffed with Trade Federation treasure and their halls patrolled by grub-raised aristocrats. Unlike Neimoidia proper, this world was prestige itself - where Viceroy Nute Gunray kept a redoubt.

It was over Cato Neimoidia that 'Odd Ball' Squadron flew, and during its liberation that the buzz droid incident nearly cost Obi-Wan his starfighter ('this is why I hate flying!'). Plo Koon was shot down by his own clone wingmen over its bridge cities when Order 66 was declared.

First appearance: Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith (2005)
