Biography

Tiplar was a Jedi General and twin of Tiplee. On Ringo Vinda her own clone trooper Tup shot her when his inhibitor chip fired early, the first public crack in the Order 66 mechanism. Tiplee watched her twin fall on that cruiser when Tup's chip fired in the wrong year.
